Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Identify and establish new growth opportunities and new markets for distribution
- Conducting market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and competitor activities.
- Creating and executing trade marketing campaigns and promotions to support product launches and achieve sales targets.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate new product evaluation and prepare customer presentation for new product launch and promotion.
- Create and execute territory and key account plans to achieve aggressive goals and objectives for continued growth.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of trade activities.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous growth and distribution
- Manage road shows, atriums and events co-ordinations and promoters schedule where necessary.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Min 1 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, empathetic, and proactive in providing solutions.
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
