Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Contract Manager located in Singapore at SPACElogic Group. The Assistant Contract Manager will be responsible for managing a group of quantity surveyors and monitoring contract agreements, assisting in contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and maintaining contract records and implement new procedures to improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Contract Management and Negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management or related field
- Knowledge of legal and contract terminology
- Minimally 5 years experience in corporate interior and have some experience in managing teams
