Job Descriptions
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and retention.
- Create comprehensive content strategy to support business goals
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the highest quality of work.
- Deliver on briefs from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring work aligns with client and organization's creative and content objectives.
- Develop and maintain content calendars that align with marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across various marketing touchpoints including website copy, social media posts, newsletters, electronic direct mailers, promotional materials and more.
- Be a brand custodian by ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Lead community engagement across all digital channels, including e-newsletters, email subscribers and social media communities
- Implementing new and innovative ways to engage and grow our online community presence across various digital platforms.
- Ensure the Content Writer develops the content strategy, including identifying target audiences, key messaging, content types, and ensuring that the content aligns with overall business objectives.
- Ensure the Graphic Designer works closely with the Content writer to understand the visual requirements of the content and how graphics can enhance the storytelling, whether it's through infographics, charts, images, or video content.
- Gather insights through data analysis and derive actionable steps in optimising content and channel strategy.
- Funnel insights and feedback to internal teams and stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making.
- Keep abreast on the latest trends and developments, such as industry news, competitors, influencers and relevant partners.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in content management, digital and marketing strategy and execution.
- Proficient in content development and commercial experience
- Comfortable with 2 year contract (renewable)
