What the role is:Workforce Singapore is seeking a meticulous individual with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Manager for Research and Administration. You will be supporting our research team in conducting online and telephone survey interviews, managing research literature reviews, overseeing research study operations and logistics, performing research administrative work, and providing general administrative support to the division.What you will be working on:As a Manager for Research and Administration, you will: • Administer online research surveys, ensuring the smooth implementation and data collection process. • Conduct telephone survey interviews with participants in accordance with research protocols and guidelines. • Clean and manage survey data, including data entry, validation, and organization for analysis. • Oversee research study operations and logistics, including coordinating participant interviews, scheduling research activities, and managing research materials. • Manage research literature reviews, including sourcing, summarizing, and organizing relevant literature for research projects. • Perform research administrative work, such as organizing research documents, maintaining databases, and assisting with reporting and compliance documentation. • Provide general administrative support to the division as needed, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating divisional activities.What we are looking for:You should have the following work experience and knowledge: • Relevant experience in areas such as conducting telephone survey interviews and managing online survey research operations. • Proficient in using online survey platforms and data management tools. • Strong command of written and spoken English. • Proficient in other official languages will be beneficial. You should possess the following skill sets: • Communication: Capable of delivering clear and effective written and oral communication to effectively engage stakeholders. To also possess strong interpersonal skill to be able to interact professionally with participants and team members, with a sense of empathy. • Administrative and Organisational Skills: Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently, while effectively prioritizing responsibilities. • Attention to Detail: Able to ensure precision and accuracy in data management and administrative tasks, while upholding ethical standards and integrity in all activities. • Personal Effectiveness: Able to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
