The Project Manager will act as the primary client liaison, addressing escalations, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing documentation and performance testing to ensure project success within quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct projects to achieve objectives.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact for the client.
- Ensure that the project delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget, and is delivered on time while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management.
- Ensure proper documentation is in order.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determine project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Requirements:
- Experience in Public Address, Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm and/or ELV systems is advantageous.
- Prior project management experience from system integrators is preferred
- Conversant with MS Office, Adobe and AutoCAD
- Good project management and organisation skills
- Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain a positive relationship with customer satisfaction
- Preferably with own vehicle
