- Assist with the entire student lifecycle, including admissions, course administration, examinations, and assessments.
- Handle student enquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Assist with the event planning and organization of student commencement ceremonies.
- Collaborate with the team to review and improve operational processes, ensuring efficiency and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
- Assist in the collation and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to programme operations and student services as needed.
