  • Assist with the entire student lifecycle, including admissions, course administration, examinations, and assessments.
  • Handle student enquiries and provide necessary assistance.
  • Assist with the event planning and organization of student commencement ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with the team to review and improve operational processes, ensuring efficiency and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
  • Assist in the collation and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to programme operations and student services as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Excellent administration, planning and organizational skills, with a good eye for details and thoroughness in work.
  • Customer-centric with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, with the ability to monitor tasks and follow up within tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous and attentive, due to the sensitive nature of the work.
  • Self-driven, resourceful and a great team player.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
