The Spare Parts Manager will be responsible for transforming the spare parts operations into a revenue-generating center by developing and implementing strategies, policies, and best practices.   • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase spare parts sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing to prepare catalogs, pricing lists, and promotional material.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize procurement costs.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to spare parts operations.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment of spare parts requests to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Provide regular reports on spare parts sales, inventory levels, and operational performance.
  • Use analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare cost vs. sales vs. margin analysis reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in spare parts management, preferably in a service-oriented or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite) and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in transforming operational units into profit centers.
  • Familiarity with robotic or industrial equipment spare parts management.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures effectively.
