- Support Supplier onboarding that is aligned with overall AcuBuy project plan and Supplier Information Management (SIM) by working closely with the Supplier Enablement Specialist
- Support all Supplier Enablement planned activities and carry out according to planned timeline
- Support any resolutions to AcuBuy issues with the task force (e.g IT, AP and SAP Ariba team)
- Guide suppliers to create new AcuBuy account and complete setting up/updating Company profile and bank information in their Supplier AcuBuy account
- Contact point for Business users to escalate supplier onboarding issues (e.g. missing supplier contact data or suppliers resistance to onboarding) and coordinate with Singtel/NCS Procurement/Vendor Master Department and business user to resolve these issues
- Monitor AcuBuy Supplier Outreach progress to ensure outreach is done according to planned timeline and wave plan
- Escalate and report to Supplier Enablement Specialist on Supplier Enablement track disputes/issues
- Coordinate with other Singtel/NCS teams e.g. Vendor Master and IT on supplier profile issue not sync with APEX
- Guide supplier to view Orders and submit invoices via AcuBuy system
- Support exception handling suppliers that do not want to come onboard AcuBuy platform
- Migrate the existing vendor financial data in Singtel, Optus and NCS into the AcuBuy Platform
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
- Proficient with MS office suite
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with global end users and supplier
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
- Very detail oriented with strong organizational and time management
- Good oral and written communication skills
