Oversee the daily store operational tasks, maintain store image and ensure merchandising of products is accordance to Company's standard and guidelines
Responsibilities
- Be in tune with key product developments and market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals
- Proactively supports and encourage any promotional activity within the store and contribute to an effective working environment
- Work closely with colleagues across the different departments which includes Customer Support, HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Operations team to ensure smooth execution of the various
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of customer service and sales performance
- Directly supervises all team members to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies and procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Function Head
Job Specifications
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive product knowledge
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong verbal communication skills supported by a positive “can do” attitude
- Customer service oriented, and have a strong sense of customer service.
- Greets customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
