  • Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, layout optimization, automation and digital transformation.
  • Leads and/or to participates in development, training, qualification activities for new product or technology transfers.
  • Responsible on engineering support to resolve out-of-control situations, process issues and lead preventive actions.
  • Conducts capacity studies and identify plans to increase bottleneck stations improvements.
  • Ensures processes and equipment are operated in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety Regulations and Policies.
Who You Are:You build partnerships and collaborative work to meet the target objectives set by the team. You take action quickly and critically in fast paced and unexpected situations. You consistently achieve results and completes responsibilities even under tough circumstances.For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven problem-solving ability, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient level of computer skills including ERP, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Project management experience with Lean, digital and automation projects is an added advantage.
