Stakeholder and Communications Management
- Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
- Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes

- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
- Own the full project life cycle end to end (Hybrid between Waterfall and Agile)
- Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives
- Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs. Spot potential problems, recognize the risk impact and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
- Credit knowledge in retail banking business (10-20 years)
- Proven track record of leading cross functional teams to successfully deliver complex IT system solutions while adhering to budget constraints and project timelines
- Experience in leading RFP and ITC process preferably within Organisation and familiar with the process.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence.
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies with focus on critical path deliverables
- Lead the discussions at various forums (PWG, PWC, PSC)
