- Provide technical support to users experiencing technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Assisting in the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure and management.
- Create and design application/ system use MS Sharepoint/Power Apps/ Power BI/ Power Automate.
- Implement solution (coding, testing, deploying applications, training users).
- Maintain solution (debugging, performance-tuning, enhancing, upgrading applications, managing solution life cycle).
- Solution consulting (interviewing users to identify challenges & issues, proposing solutions to the issues from applications perspective).
- Support on Infrastructure Maintenance (File Server maintenance/ any Server/ Network related matters & etc).
- Coordination with HQ or global IT team on server maintenance, security issues, patch releases &/ or critical IT issues (e.g. carrying out tests and investigations); participates in global IT weekly and monthly meeting.
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application development and technical support.
- Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft Platform, and Networking.
- Be able to enjoy learning new technologies and be willing to cross over multiple skill areas (e.g. infra, server, network) as necessary.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
