Description of Division/Branch RPG provides statutory intervention and leads in child protection and adult protection policies and processes to safeguard Children and Young Persons (CYPs) as well as Vulnerable Adults (VAs) in Singapore. CPS' Service Management Team plays a pivotal role in optimising manpower resources and enhancing client safety through the expansion of the volunteer base and strategic outsourcing of operational functions to vendors.What you will be working on:As the Senior Manager of the Service Management Team, you are responsible for maintaining comprehensive oversight of vendors, partnering them to ensure effective service delivery and compliance to practice standards. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as operations, service planning, and procurement teams) to identify and align vendor services with business needs and objectives while mitigating risks, so that CPS receives optimal value from its vendor partnerships. Responsibilities Reporting to the Assistant Director / Team Lead, you will: • Support the programme development, implementation and evaluation, data collection, and the reviews of the operational policies and processes to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency • Assist to oversee the vendors' day-to-day performance which includes onboarding, training, operationalizing of functions, monitoring case outcomes, and providing guidance to the vendors to meet CPS' operational needs and practice standards • Review and coordinate case referrals and service requests, discuss and provide case consults to operational teams and service providers to ensure right-siting of referrals/requests and appropriate escalation response rendered when safety concerns arise • Analyze data, observe prevailing ops practices and propose improvements for existing safety operations through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of frameworks, tools or processes that will enhance client safety • Work with operational teams on recovery efforts for critical incidents involving vendor and the families, which may include direct engagement with families • Contribute to professional development and competency-building within the team through structured supervision and/or coaching of team members to facilitate knowledge transferWhat we are looking for:Requirements • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working with vulnerable children and families, and/or in service management roles in the social service settings • At least 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
