Job Scope:
  • Develop, coordinate and conduct programmes to suit residents’ holistic needs
  • Organize social and recreational group excursions
  • Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting needs of all residents
  • Develop and oversee programme to ensure quality control and compliance procedures (eg. proper documentation and resident safety in line with SOP)
  • Responsible for reporting requirements and updates to supervisor
  • Manage engagement and performance of the programme residence volunteer team
  • Support professional development of the programme team
  • Guide members & seniors in monitoring health station and registration of programmes via digital devices.
  • Review information materials for notice board or distribution prepare by Centre Support staff
  • Procure consumables and supplies as required with proper monitoring of budget allocated
  • Participate in quality improvement committee, and serve as a role model
  • Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the clients
  • Conduct home visits to residents in the community as and when required
  • Maintain good communication and feedback with residents and sponsors
  • Any other additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Centre Manager
Working Arrangement:Location: LavenderWorking Hours: Mondays - FridaysSalary: $2200 - $2800/MonthRequirements:
  • Possess minimum Advance/Higher/Certificate in Community & Social Service (Senior Care Services) or 'O' Levels qualification
  • Competency in eldercare service with at least 2 years working experience in an eldercare institution
  • Able to perform administrative tasks and possess basic Microsoft Office literacy.
  • Passion and desire to work with different profiles of seniors
  • Able to plan, develop and implement programmes to meet the needs of seniors
  • Able to engage, befriend and motivate seniors through facilitation of activities or programmes
  • Able to prepare and conduct care programmes for seniors; e.g daily news chats/cooking therapy/art & craft/singing sessions/dancing, reminiscence therapy; etc.
