- Enter and inspect workplaces, perform checks on working conditions, conduct interviews and debrief as prescribed in the SOP;

- Record and update the relevant findings of inspections as prescribed in the SOP, into the Authority's system within the timeframe prescribed by the Authority;
- Liaise with occupiers, employers and other relevant parties as determined by the Authority for follow-up actions;
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and compilation of inspection reports;
- Attend meetings with the Authority; and
- Attend interviews with the Authority and where required, attend and provide evidence of inspections in Court proceedings.
- Has at least three (3) 'O' Level passes (or equivalent), or five (5) 'N' Level passes (or equivalent), and has at least 3 years' experience in enforcement work; or
- Has at least an engineering diploma and at least one (1) year of experience in enforcement work.
- Preferably has work experience in roles that require inter-personal skills, investigation and audit.
- Has successfully completed the Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C WSH Officer) course conducted by a training provider accredited under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (“WSQ”) framework.
- Preferably possession of Class 3 / 3A driving license
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to read, write and speak fluently in English
