To assist Accounts Manager on day to day accounting and HR functions.

HR:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep employee records and staff welfare.

• Recruitment of new staff such as assisting in interview process, handling onboarding of new staff and exit clearance etc.

Accounts:

• Able to manage full set of accounts

• Assist Accounts Manager on a day-to-day operations

• Preparation of monthly accounts and annual accounts report

Proficient in abss (myob) is an advantage

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N/O level

Able to meet deadlines

Able to communicate in English

Cheerful with good inter-personal and communication skills
