  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Manage pre and post fixture voyage operations of vessels
  • Closely monitor and update vessel itineraries and changes thereto
  • Ensure compliance with agreed charter party terms and voyage orders
  • Verify and provide necessary guidance and confirmations on cargo grades/splits, stowage plans, port/terminal restrictions etc
  • Obtain and provide necessary documentation, updates and notices promptly
  • Liaise closely with all stakeholders to pre-empt / avoid / resolve / mitigate disputes or issues that might arise
  • Send hire/freight/commission invoices and follow up on payments
  • Prepare laytime / off-hire calculations and handle demurrage and other claims
  • Update shipment records in system and prepare KPI and other reports
Requirements :
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies
  • 2 years prior experience in commercial operations
  • Proficient in IMOS and SEDNA.
  • Ideal candidate will be meticulous and self-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills
