Key Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy Planning & Execution: Build and lead a global live-streaming team from scratch. Develop and execute localized live-streaming strategies to drive user growth and revenue.
- Business Understanding & Critical Path Analysis: Deeply understand the company's product and operational framework. Identify key business elements and development paths to provide clear direction for the team.

- Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration: Coordinate resources across departments to promote synergy between live-streaming and other business lines, maximizing resource sharing and efficiency.
- Brand Building & Market Promotion: Develop and execute brand promotion strategies to enhance the company's global market presence and influence. Leverage social media and other digital marketing tools to increase online visibility and user interaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience. Prior experience in successfully building a team from 0 to 1 is preferred. Experience in overseas live-streaming operations management (especially in Southeast Asia, East Asia, or North America) is a plus.
- Proven success in operating on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of each platform's characteristics and user behavior patterns.
- Strong experimental mindset and ability to iterate quickly. Capable of forming actionable plans around objectives and adjusting promptly based on real-time conditions.
