Job Description
  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with government agencies, associations, organizers, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contracting, and event execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Represent Suntec at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions locally and internationally.
  • Manage revenue budgeting, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new products and services.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead the online sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive commercial projects by identifying revenue opportunities, forming partnerships, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Degree with a minimum of 5 years of MICE sales experience with experience leading a team
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
