- At least a Master's degree in Clinical or Applied Psychology or related discipline • Preferably 10 years' experience in clinical, social service, or hospital settings with at least 5 years' experience in working with adult PwDs. • Preferably 5 years' experience in training and supervision. • Preferably with experience in programme development, implementation, and evaluation. • Good knowledge of the adult disability and developmental disability sectors. • Relevant research and/or evaluation experience (preferably in social service settings) • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills
