Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical proposal documents, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and timely delivery to position the offer effectively with customers.
Implement systems to capture and retain key project-related data (costs, specifications, suppliers, etc.) for future proposal use.
Work closely with customers to build trust during the proposal phase and fully understand their needs.
Propose alternative technical solutions when beneficial for both parties or to gain a competitive edge.
Partner with Business Development Managers, Country Management, and Key Account Managers to develop optimal customer solutions based on the business strategy.
Support the creation of commercial offers by analysing project costs and available configuration options.RequirementAt least 10 years of experience in engineering, operations, or project management.
A degree in an engineering-related field.
Experience in managing large, complex engineering and construction projects.
Expertise in semiconductor gas systems and solutions.
Experience with the commercial and operational aspects of On-Site gas and chemical operations.
