- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, recruitment agencies, and potential partners through consistent communication.

- Work closely with other departments within SMU to ensure full compliance with academic policies and study abroad safety protocols.
- Special Projects
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead and manage various programme-related projects, assembling teams to successfully deliver on project goals.
- Diploma or degree holder, preferably with programme delivery and event planning/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of global education and experience in managing international student programmes and events.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in developing and running student programmes, focusing on recruitment and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in cross-cultural settings; Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage as you may be required to work with mandarin-speaking business partners.
- Sales-driven, with a focus on building relationships and growing programmes.
- Proactive, analytical, and adaptable, with problem-solving skills to address challenges.
- A team player, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
