The personell will be engaged in the projects/pre-sales activities as a system infrastructure lead/engineer.In the projects, the personell will be co-working with Hitachi team/third party vendors, and required to play a leader role in configuration/maintenance on hardware level (servers, storage, network devices) and OS level (Windows, Linux) as well as conducting the maintenance activities after go-live.Also, the personell is required to participate in pre-sales activities working together with the sales team.The key responsilibities of this position will be as follows;- Engage in system implementation/renewal projects as hardware engineer working with the hardware vendors. (i.e. hardware planning, designing, setting up, testing, system release, etc)- Engage in the maintenance activities of existing systems (i.e. issue investigation, troubleshooting, system monitoring, product EOSL and patch inventory, support inquiry assistance,creating operation procedures, etc)- Engage in hardware maintenance (including component replacement adjustments and data center operations supervision, etc)REQUIREMENTS・Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology・8+ years of experience in IT projects in banking or any related field.・5+ years of experience of system infrastructure engineer.・Multiple experience of installing large scale infrastructure. (20+ servers & 100TB+ Storage)・Deep knowledge and proficient skill about system hardware's. (servers, storage) Good to have experience in Hitachi storage products.・Additionally, require deep knowledge and proficient skill about system backup solution. (hardware configuration, backup software configuration) Good to have experience in Commvault products.・Diagnose and resolve software problems and related product issues in direct contact with product support team and customers.・Basic knowledge and skill about system infrastructure products. (Windows OS, Linux OS, Oracle Database, VMware, etc.)・Basic knowledge and skill about system operation products and technology. Prefered to have knowledge about JP1. (Hitachi System Operation product)・Good to have experience with various programming and scripting languages. (WinBatch, Powershell, etc.)・Proficiency in utilizing Excel functions and VBA.・Good communication/negotiation skill to co-work with other IT teams and HQ team.
