Your new role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our supply chain, ensuring seamless flow from procurement to delivery. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will be essential in identifying opportunities to optimise processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company objectives.
  
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  
• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and alignment across departments.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
