  • Manage partial accounts, including accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and schedules.
  • Verify supplier invoices and ensure all payments are supported with relevant documentation.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and arrange telegraphic transfers.
  • Coordinate motor vehicle insurance and road tax renewals.
  • Handle import loan applications and trust receipts, update facilities reports, and arrange cargo insurance.
  • Liaise with auditors to address audit queries and provide necessary documentation.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.
Requirements
  • Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy with 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Highly meticulous and well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking overseas partners and vendors.
