CALL CENTRE AGENT (5 DAY WORK WEEK | START ASAP)
We (Pinnacle Credit Services) are hiring Call Centre Service Agents to join our team.
- Location: Aljunied

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a Call Centre environment
2) Follow up on over-due accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from Financial Institutions, Telcom Support Service Providers, Healthcare and Commercial portfolios.
2) Arrange and negotiate payment with customers
3) Perform administrative duties, enquiries, accounts monitoring
4) To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness
5) Update and maintain the credit collection system
6) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
7) Rotating Shifts : Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00am to 7.00pm /10.00am to 8.00pm.
Fridays : 9.00am to 6.00pm.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and positive attitude
- Service-oriented and results driven
- A team player and independent worker
- Entry level with the right skill set
- Candidates should possess minimum Diploma / A' Level / O' Level / Nitec certs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month
