- Supporting Private Bankers (PBs) to provide excellent service to high net worth clients so as to achieve client retention

- Assist the Private Bankers (PBs) in the handling of all client support matters, including but not limited to, account opening, KYC, policy compliance, trade execution/input, account administration, client inquiry liaison and sales support

- Provide back-up CSM duties for the team
- Understand client requirements and assist PBs in daily maintenance of account relations
- Work effectively with PBs, business support, service providers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients' requirements
- Adhering to the Bank's policies and procedures, and MAS regulatory requirements and achieving compliance standards at all times
- Degree/Diploma
- CACS 1 and CACS 2 Certifications
- CFMAS Modules: Module 1, Module 6, Module 6A
- At least 5 years of relevant banking experience, supporting Relationship Managers in high-net-worth segments
- Experienced in supporting RMs (coverage spanning across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore)
- Knowledgeable in general products and services offered in the High-Net-Worth segment
- Understand BAU from various Departments
- Strong interpersonal skills with external and internal clients, with keen interest in client services
- Understands the profile of various High-Net-worth individuals, in order to deliver excellent client service
- Meticulous, and able to handle pressure
