Job Description:Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning
  • Supporting Private Bankers (PBs) to provide excellent service to high net worth clients so as to achieve client retention
  • Ensure transactions executed with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute/implement process and service delivery improvement ideas
Business Performance and Management
  • Assist the Private Bankers (PBs) in the handling of all client support matters, including but not limited to, account opening, KYC, policy compliance, trade execution/input, account administration, client inquiry liaison and sales support
  • Receiving and executing trade orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Cover PBs for simple sales when required
  • Execute clients' instructions, accepting and placing orders upon RMs and/or client requests
  • Responding to client inquiries on account documentation, account activity, statement information and other service information
  • Initiating account openings and closures and ensuring completion of documentation requirements
  • Margin calls follow up and collateral issues resolution
  • Strive for zero operational loss
  • General ad-hoc duties / projects
  • Provide back-up CSM duties for the team
People Management
  • Understand client requirements and assist PBs in daily maintenance of account relations
  • Work effectively with PBs, business support, service providers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients' requirements
Regulatory Compliance
  • Adhering to the Bank's policies and procedures, and MAS regulatory requirements and achieving compliance standards at all times
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements
  • CACS 1 and CACS 2 Certifications
  • CFMAS Modules: Module 1, Module 6, Module 6A
Relevant Work Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant banking experience, supporting Relationship Managers in high-net-worth segments
  • Experienced in supporting RMs (coverage spanning across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore)
Technical/Functional Skills
  • Knowledgeable in general products and services offered in the High-Net-Worth segment
  • Understand BAU from various Departments
Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with external and internal clients, with keen interest in client services
  • Understands the profile of various High-Net-worth individuals, in order to deliver excellent client service
  • Meticulous, and able to handle pressure
