Responsibilities:
  • Manage ICT infrastructure, network services, and network solutions to support users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project implementation and service delivery.
  • Provide technical support during project implementation and monitor service performance.
  • Oversee network infrastructure projects, ensuring procurement, vendor collaboration, and stakeholder engagement through presentations and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA), governance, and compliance with technical architecture and security policies.
  • Lead the migration of on-premises infrastructure services to the cloud.
  • Continuously improve ICT services to meet current and future needs of users
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies including switching & routing, firewalls, IDS, IPS, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience in managing network infrastructure projects and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in service management, incident and problem management, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration processes.
  • Knowledge of technical architecture, security policies, and government IT policies.

  • Relevant certifications in networking and infrastructure management.
