Job Description:You will be part of the team that is responsible for overseeing and supporting the operational and reporting requirements of Income's investment assets, including Investment-Linked Products (ILP)
  • Oversee the review of daily and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for ILP and insurance funds
  • Review financial statements and fund reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage cashflows and fund expenses, including accruals, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulators to address queries and ensure compliance
  • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, including investment teams and risk and compliance management to address investment-related matters.
  • Liaise with external parties such as custodians, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Provide hands-on support in resolving complex or time-sensitive issues during financial closings or operational peaks
  • Drive the automation of reporting and reconciliation processes using relevant tools and systems
  • Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during process updates, system implementations, or structural shifts
  • Participate in projects or ad-hoc tasks as allocated.
Qualifications
  • University Degree in the Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in financial industry and regulatory reporting
  • Prior experience in audit firm or insurance sector will be an added advantage
  • Strong fund accounting knowledge, skills and experience in various investment asset classes and related processes
  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous with eye for details
