- Assist in developing strategies and initiatives to help the CDCs achieve their mission and objectives through strategic planning and whole-of-CDC policies.

- Support the Office of Mayors in international relations matters and work closely with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, government agencies, and overseas counterparts. Manage national schemes spanning across five CDCs and review/monitor common-based programmes.
- Develop and incubate innovative programmes to address complex and evolving needs.
- Perfom secretariat duties, including managing programmes and projects meetings
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Strong in analytical skills and good co-curriculum activity
