What You'll Do
Your core responsibility is to understand customers' business requirements and challenges and implement best practice based, innovative solutions using Oracle's Cloud Applications and Technology solutions. You will have opportunities to engage with a variety of customers from all sectors and industries, including manufacturing, banking, telco, education, government and many others.As an Associate Consultant Apprentice, you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise in the Oracle Cloud applications or technologies you specialize in
- Communicate and liaise with clients and key users for complete analysis of business requirements
- Liaise with sales, consulting, project management, and offshore delivery center
- Configure the application to meet the client's business process and requirements and develop workarounds as necessary
- Develop and document testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations with other systems
- Assist in Post-Production Hypercare

- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
- Able to commit to completing the full 12-month training programme.
- Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
- While an applicant may meet the eligibility criteria, all applicants are subjected to the company's review for suitability with its hiring requirements and may not be automatically shortlisted for interview.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be notified by the company directly.
- Companies may hire eligible applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis before any closing date.
- Companies may close their applications when all the jobs offered by the participating companies have been filled.
