  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will assist the Dental Surgeon in general dentistry procedures. Your responsibilities include adhering to workplace safety regulations, ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of dental instruments and equipment, and maintaining strict infection control standards. Additionally, you will provide patient education on dental care and post-operative instructions.Responsibilities
  • Assist Dental Surgeons, Dental Officers, and Oral Health Therapists during general dentistry procedures, ensuring efficient patient care
  • Adhere to strict infection control practices, maintaining cleanliness and sterility of dental instruments and equipment to prevent cross-contamination
  • Provide patients with guidance on dental care and post-operative instructions to promote optimal oral health outcomes
  • Manage patient registration using systems like Epic/SAP, handle billing and invoicing, and perform counter closing procedures
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed, ensuring efficient clinic operations
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, and make reminder calls to patients about upcoming appointments
  • Oversee front counter services, manage daily clinic operations, and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
Requirements
  • Nitec in Dental Assisting is an added advantage!
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
