- Oversee all aspects of volunteering within the organization, including recruitment, orientation, and ongoing support for volunteers

- volunteers, ensuring they meet necessary standards and contribute positively to the organization.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of volunteers and community partners, ensuring timely submission of information and proper tracking for reporting purposes.
- Activity and Program Planning: Design, organize, and execute volunteer-led activities and programs that address the social and emotional needs of nursing home residents.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other departments to ensure that volunteer eƯorts are aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Provide support for any other related tasks as needed.
- Degree in any disciplines with aleast 3 years' experience.
- Experience in managing volunteers in personal capacity as a volunteer or staff for corporates, charities or non-profit organizations.
- Should have experience in conceptualizing, planning and running a voluntary programme in the community or organization.
- Personal experience in volunteering a plus
- Strong stakeholders management is important
- Good communication skills
- Able to produce good presentation decks and manage spreadsheets, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office
