- Adjust the advertising promotion necessary for each store and retailer, and propose alternatives for improvements
- Weekly tracking of Ferrero promotions and follow up on in store execution
- Work together with key accounts on stock allocation to ensure effective volumes in store and monthly targets are met
- Communicate effectively to operations team about the in-store plans

- Tracking of in store promotions, multi category, to monitor any competitor activity but also gather best practices
- Assist operations team with in-store setup during key occasions or to cover any absenses
- Manage store level issues and customer complains resolution
- 8+ years' experience in the FMCG segment with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Fluent English & Chinese
- Advanced Excel, PPT, MS Office user
- Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel, Channel & Customer planning
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, insight orientated reporting, team management
