As National Field Manager, you will support Singapore Country Sales Manager by leading the field sales team and drive them to reach sales targets via key activities.Main Responsibilities:Activity Planning & Monitoring
  • Plan the space buy necessary for each store, looking at the relevant KPIs for efficiency, and budget available for each retailer
  • Adjust the advertising promotion necessary for each store and retailer, and propose alternatives for improvements
  • Weekly tracking of Ferrero promotions and follow up on in store execution
  • Work together with key accounts on stock allocation to ensure effective volumes in store and monthly targets are met
  • Communicate effectively to operations team about the in-store plans
In Store visibility
  • Plan visibility objectives for the year, depending on the activity grid provided by trade marketing and marketing departments
  • Manage timelines with trade marketing, report any POSM issues and propose contingency plans to ensure proper planning and execution
  • Drive the team for excellence in execution (space, location, quality, etc.)
Trade Reporting
  • Tracking of our Ferrero products instore price to highlight if any variances operated by retailers versus our recommendations
  • Tracking of any new competitor product to ensure we are updated about competitor launches and activities
  • Tracking of in store promotions, multi category, to monitor any competitor activity but also gather best practices
Assist Operations team
  • Assist operations team with in-store setup during key occasions or to cover any absenses
  • Manage store level issues and customer complains resolution
Who we are looking for:
  • 8+ years' experience in the FMCG segment with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Fluent English & Chinese
  • Advanced Excel, PPT, MS Office user
  • Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel, Channel & Customer planning
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, insight orientated reporting, team management
