- At least 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Collateral, Custody, Sustainable Investing, Reference Data, or Middle Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook for documentation, data analysis, presentations, and communication
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, SQL, Alteryx, querying databases & Confluence
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Knowledge of Python/Jupyter Notebook
- Knowledge/use of Collibra (previously OWL DQ)
- Experience working in data management at an Asset Manager firm
- Fluency in Japanese will be an advantage to communicate and deal with clients in/from Japan
