What the role is:The Grant Administration team within ECDA's Corporate Development and Services (CDS) Division ensures proper administration of grants/funding for ECDA-funded programmes, aligning with Government financial rules and best practices.What you will be working on:We seek a resourceful, highly-driven individual to work with the Senior Assistant Director on the following responsibilities: As lead officer: 1. Oversee ops-policy matters, ensuring alignment with prevailing Instruction Manual (IM) and MSF Guidelines such as Grant Administration Framework (GAF) 2. Coordinate ECDA-wide governance/compliance, including audits and follow-ups 3. Develop capability building initiatives for efficient grant administration 4. Lead data analytics projects to support decision-making As Team lead for Early Intervention (EI) Programme budget tea 5. Supervise and build internal capability in: a. EI programme budget oversight and management b. Fund disbursements (quarterly and annual adjustments) c. System user support for EI operators d. Audit management (e.g. with AGO, MSF IAU, external auditors)What we are looking for:1. Tertiary education (preferably Accountancy, Business Administration, or Finance) 2. Minimum 5 years work experience, including 2-3 years supervisory experience 3. Grant administration knowledge and system development experience will be advantageous 4. Meticulous with strong analytical, written, and communication skills 5. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively at all levels 6.
