  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  • Position Title: QMS & QA Engineer (Manufacturing)
  • Working Location: Kallang
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am - 5.30pm
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + VB
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the QMS is implemented effectively throughout the company.
  • Maintain the Quality Manual and Procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct and host audits and help train internal auditors.
  • Coordinate reviews of Quality Procedures linked to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and coordinate the distribution of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collect quality data to monitor targets.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to processes and prevent non-conformities.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Assist the QA Executive with FAI and other customer reports.
  • Perform any duties assigned by management.

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical Engineering or Quality fields.
  • Or at least 1 year of experience in Quality Management systems.
  • Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
  • Experience in the Engineering Manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Training and guidance provided for unfamiliar processes.
