- Ensure the QMS is implemented effectively throughout the company.
- Maintain the Quality Manual and Procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Conduct and host audits and help train internal auditors.
- Coordinate reviews of Quality Procedures linked to continuous improvement.
- Maintain and coordinate the distribution of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collect quality data to monitor targets.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to processes and prevent non-conformities.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.
- Assist the QA Executive with FAI and other customer reports.
- Perform any duties assigned by management.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical Engineering or Quality fields.
- Or at least 1 year of experience in Quality Management systems.
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
- Experience in the Engineering Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Training and guidance provided for unfamiliar processes.
