We encourage candidates from all walks of life to apply for this job vacancy, and we extend a particularly warm welcome to those with disabilities.MISSION:The Corporate Communication Specialist for the APAC region will act as an extension of the HQ Corporate Communication Team, ensuring seamless alignment with the global communication strategy while addressing the unique needs of the region.This role will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy for the APAC region, spanning internal and external communications.The Specialist will collaborate with local agencies, media partners, and creative professionals to enhance the company's visibility, engagement, and alignment with corporate values.Additionally, the Specialist will work closely with internal teams to develop a consistent and comprehensive internal communication plan that fosters collaboration, alignment, and engagement across the region.FUNCTION: Communication Strategy and Execution:
  • Liaise with the Global Branding Team to effectively communicate the company's core messages and capabilities within the APAC region.
  • Work with the Singapore teams and APAC affiliates to craft a localized communications plan that resonates with the region's unique needs.
  • Manage internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen the company's brand and culture in the region.
  • Support the General Manager with strategic communication initiatives, including message development, presentation preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
 Internal Communications:
  • Write regular posts for the intranet to increase visibility of the APAC region across the organization.
 External Communications and PR: in collaboration with the local PR partner
  • Identify hot topics in the press and generate compelling media coverage.
  • Track media visibility, produce Monthly Media Reports, and compile weekly clippings of press mentions and publications.
  • Provide updates and analyze social media performance (primarily on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) for APAC-specific campaigns.
 Support for Events and Content Creation:
  • Assist with the organization, coordination and execution (copywriting, PR tools, audiovisual content and other materials) of the major internal corporate events:.
  • Maintain contact lists, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
 Crisis Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for crisis communication management in the APAC region, ensuring swift and effective responses by adhering to the official crisis protocol, informing the Global Branding team, and supporting the General Manager.
 Premises Branding:
  • Coordinate with Global Branding (HQ) to manage the branding of APAC premises across all affiliates.
 Corporate Material:
  • Monitor and manage corporate material stock levels.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate materials with suppliers, Spain logistics, and affiliates.
RequirementsExperience Required:Minimum 2/3 years' experience in corporate communication environment, being part of effective awareness-campaigns.Education:Bachelor Degree or above in the field of Communications and journalism.Languages and level:Excellent Verbal and Written Command of English.
