What the role is:We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Manager to join our Information Services Group (ISG) and drive excellence across our administrative functions. As the Administrative Manager, you'll be part of the ISG HR team to oversee critical work such as manpower resource management, staff training & development, budgeting, and management of office facilities. This multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our group's success.What you will be working on:Human Resource Management: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with various stakeholders to attract top talent • Manage the onboarding and offboarding experiences for staff, interns, and augmented resources • Design and execute outreach events and recruitment talks to elevate ISG's employer branding in tech hiring • Design and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives to improve employee experience and staff retention • Handle the procurement and management of high-quality augmented resources to ensure a stable and continued supply of manpower resources • Manage supplier relationships and performance to maintain excellence in their service delivery • Manage manpower budgets and forecast future resource needs to support ISG's growth Staff Training & Development: • Champion learning, competency development, and career growth opportunities for staff • Plan and execute the annual staff learning needs analysis exercise • Curate and coordinate cutting-edge training programs to enhance staff's technical competencies • Optimise training budgets to maximise learning outcomes Management of Office Facilities • Oversee office facility management, including innovative office renovations and modernisation projects • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through effective management of office supplies, office assets and office facilities • Forecast and oversee office operations budgets.What we are looking for:
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a technology-focused environment • Good problem-solving skills and a good team player • Possess a strategic mindset and understand the broader implications of their work on the organisation's success • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Experience and skills in productivity software such as MS365, MS Copilot, PowerPlatform, PowerBI is preferred but not mandatory Join us in shaping the future of ISG and driving excellence in public service.
