Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure maximum performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Leverage your extensive network to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the F&B, hospitality, and nightlife industries.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, cafes, bars, nightlife, hospitality.

Market Expansion:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand the company’s reach and influence.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge

What we are looking for?

  • Proven experience (10 years and above) as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Director
  • Able to lead and drive the sales team
  • A strong network of contacts in F&B and hospitality are essential.
  • Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
