Our client is looking for qualified and motivated individuals to join them as Head of Sales.
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure maximum performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Leverage your extensive network to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the F&B, hospitality, and nightlife industries.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, cafes, bars, nightlife, hospitality.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand the company’s reach and influence.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience (10 years and above) as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Director
- Able to lead and drive the sales team
- A strong network of contacts in F&B and hospitality are essential.
- Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
