- Coordinating internal response to customer's RFPs / RFQs; including defining Scope of Work, schedules, and technical compliance with customer's requirements.

- Lead Bid Management activities, accountable for completeness and eligibility of bids.

- Ensuring accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal sufficiency of all contractual documents in accordance with internal approvals and company policies.
- Monitoring and enforcing Bell and Customer's contractual obligations and mitigating any contractual risks (late delivery, certifications, payment delay, default, etc).
- Supporting aircraft delivery events including administrative paperwork, contractual notices, customer travels.
- Maintaining Bell contract and information management systems to ensure proper reporting and internal flow of information.
- Ensuring proper compliance with company policies and guidelines as well as compliance and ethics rules and regulations.
- Leading special assignments and projects within Contracts or specific to the Asia Pacific office/territory.
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience minimum in sales, finance, proposal preparation, bid management, administration of commercial contracts. Aviation industry experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English. Additional regional language is a plus but not essential.
- Knowledge of contract administration, business contract law.
- Financial acumen and knowledge of accounting, trade finance, pricing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of reliability and autonomy, with self-motivation and personal drive.
- Strong work ethics.
- Ability to travel on a regular basis regionally.
- Team player with the ability to be flexible with working hours, notably working with the time difference of the US Headquarters and regional offices.
- Act with integrity - work within guidelines of ethical business practices and regulations such as Bell/Textron and FCPA requirements for compliance.
