- Provide prompt feedback to Supervisor in anticipation of work-related problems.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor and/or the Head of Department.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of data science solutions in healthcare system.
- Advanced skills in statistical modeling, machine learning and deep learning models.
- Ability to manage large-scale data projects.
- Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R.
- Knowledge in HTML, JAVA etc. and big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Strong communication skills to liaise between technical and clinical teams.
- Participate actively as a team member in organizational development and quality improvement.
- Be a change agent and inculcate mindset for change for hospital-wide and departmental- level.
- Able to work beyond routine work responsibilities and office hours, in the exigencies of services e.g., during infectious disease outbreaks.
