  • Starts off as a 6 months contract with possibility for conversion
  • Operating hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
The Talent
  • Min. Education.: Diploma or equivalent experience in financial/ payment industry
  • Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Candidates with a keen learning interest and minimum bachelor's degree without experience may be considered
  • Experience in customer service/ customer facing roles
  • Call centre experience highly preferred
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
  • Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
  • Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.
