- Provide strategic marketing assistance to Allied Health & Pharmacy departments, beyond Retail Pharmacy.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and patient education materials to support stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the pharmacy and broader market.
- Support and manage assigned projects - work with stakeholders to implement initiatives, track project milestones, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- A team player who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Resourceful and meticulous with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
- Creative and positive individual with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to adapt to change and ambiguous situations.
- Able to use Excel to perform analytics and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Would be a valuable asset if he/she is proficiency in software for designing marketing materials and promotional content.
