What you will be working on:In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for planning and implementing the functional requirements of inventory spares management for a new Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system. You are expected to review and improve the inventory business processes internally for Logistics Division and to engage staff in the operations departments as our internal customers using the inventory module. What you will be working on As a Logistics Manager in CSD, your main roles and responsibilities of the inventory module for new ERP implementation will include, but are not limited to the following : • Plan and organise engagement workshop for discussions on system design, user requirements with vendors, stakeholders, and department users. • Review design, functional, and user interface requirements. • Prepare tender requirements, specifications, and tender evaluation criteria. • Manage and perform data cleansing, extraction, and verification for data migration to the new system. • Map user roles and implementing role-based access controls, as well as archival of data from existing systems. • Develop detailed test plans, organising and conducting rigorous user acceptance tests, and post-monitoring of the system implementation with users. • Create communication plans to support the adoption and onboarding of the new system. • Review user guides, training materials, and organizing user trainings. • Provide support and guidance to users during the initial and post-implementation period. • Ensure follow up and resolution of incident requests or issues with vendors.What we are looking for:
  • Candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree • Prior experience in inventory management or project implementation of IT system will be an advantage. • Resilient, self-driven and resourceful. • Able to work as an individual and as a team player. • Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as good interpersonal and organisational skills.
