  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role contributes to the technology enablement for student administration and academic services and will enhance student experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for the implementation of Student Management Systems modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Engage with business teams to gather detailed requirements for system or technology enhancements.
  • Perform UAT for new system modules.
  • Monitor and report on UAT progress, addressing any issues that arise during the testing phase.
  • Guide users through the adoption of new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Oversee the monitoring of system implementation and UAT status to ensure timely and successful go live.
  • Collect and analyse data related to operational issues, collaborating with system vendors and IT teams to resolve problems effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for system status, support requests, and management reporting.
  • Maintenance of user administration, support in troubleshooting technical and functional issues in the different systems.
  • Generate and distribute system and operation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, supporting management reporting, data analysis, and business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Business Analyst or Project Management, preferably in tertiary education sector.
  • Working knowledge in student management system preferred.
  • Demonstrated competencies in system and process documentation.
