- Oversee product portfolio management, including new product launches and lifecycle strategies across Microbiology portfolio (Blood Culture, IDAST, Clinical Media, Industrial Microbiology, TB, Lab Automation, Synapsys)
- Collaborate with regional and country marketing team to ensure product offerings meet market needs
- Act as a partner in the demand review process for assigned product lines with regional functional partners
- Adapting of global marketing collaterals to countries, ensuring product collaterals and content are approved and released timely in each SEA country
- Develop customer relationships in conjunction with Regional Medical Affairs, HEOR/Public Affairs and country teams to establish multi-level relationships with key customers, advocacy groups, C-suite private and government stakeholders, associations to shape policies, practices, and clinical guidelines that provide BD with a competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Microbiology preferred, or equivalent in Life sciences
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical device or diagnostics marketing experience, with proven success
- Desired technical and laboratory and/or scientific background, preferably in the microbiology field (at least 5-8 years), with good knowledge of microbiology laboratory processes and techniques
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills to clearly articulate technical and product information to both internal and external customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, plan schedules and coordinate with SEA countries and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a cross functional dynamic team environment
