What the role is:Management Executives will be deployed to Citizen Services Centre at ICA Building to perform passport-related functions which may include attending to the public, production and issuance of travel documents, processing applications, and other administrative duties to support the daily operations at the Services Centre. You are required to don a uniform. This is a 2-year contract position.What you will be working on:
  • Process applications and appeals in accordance to ICA policy framework and the relevant legislations; • Ensure products are delivered in a secure, accurate and timely manner; • Handle queries and feedbacks from members of public; • Provide positive and professional customer experience with service excellence; • Perform all other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor. • Our officers may be deployed to frontline positions or have frequent interactions with members of the public.
