- Setup and optimise layout & space management within the spare part warehouse.
- Manage stock control: including receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
- Plan, organise and control warehouse’s over-all operations.
- Plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
- Adhere to workplace’s health and safety requirements and take responsibility for the security of inventories.

- Additional tasks and responsibilities given by power plant management.
- Diploma in relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in process plant ideally in power station or petrochemical plant.
- Knowledge on material used in operation and maintenance activities of combined cycle power plant.
- Knowledge on material control and inventory management.
- Knowledge in maintaining material usage records in CMMS & SAP.
- Knowledge in handling hazardous/flammable materials.
- Having a valid forklift licence.
