They are growing exponentially and seeking to hire a solutions sales professional to sell application services solutions.This role is designed for a subject matter expert who thrives in a quota-bearing sales environment. The primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing accounts, while collaborating closely with the Client Management team. You will present tailored solutions, value propositions, and partner configurations to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with their business goals.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain deep expertise across multiple technology domains to support the sales process and address complex client challenges.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to uncover their business goals and deliver customized solutions.
  • Prepare and conduct client workshops, presentations, and relationship-building activities with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and pre-sales architects to develop optimal solution designs.
  • Actively pursue and land qualified leads generated by the Client Management and other lead generation teams.
  • Drive sales closures by leveraging in-depth product and service knowledge to ensure meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and work with sales teams to drive them to closure.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of territory and sales strategies, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive account plans for key clients and targets.
  • Monitor and address potential risks that could impact client relationships or project success.
  • Utilize sales methodologies, such as opportunity and account plans, to manage the sales process effectively.
  • Provide regular check-ins with clients, ensuring continuous alignment and progress toward sales goals.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within a technology or services environment.
  • Strong ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in presenting solutions to clients and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
  • Expertise in team-selling approaches, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to close deals.
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies, demonstrating a deep understanding of technology solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to develop win-win solutions for clients, partners, and the organization.
  • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

GOOD TO HAVE
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Sales, or a related field.
  • SPIN and/or Solution Selling certifications preferred.
